Opening for a Bookkeeper/Payroll Staff. Employer is seeking someone that has experience in an office setting, is proficient with computers and able to work with multiple software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quick Books. A qualified applicant must be able to maintain client confidentiality, be personable, organized, work under pressure, able to take initiative to get work done with minimal supervision, and be a team player. Duties may include the following: prepare client payrolls, payroll reports and bookkeeping; assist in processing tax returns and other financial documents, maintain paper and electronic records; assist with verifying accuracy and compliance with procedures and policies. Full time, permanent position work hours 8-5, M-F, with potential overtime during tax season. Wage depends on experience and includes benefits. The ideal candidates for positions will display pleasant, professional attitude, effective verbal and written communication skills, self-direction and independence, a teamwork-oriented mind-set, work in fast paced office setting, and take pride in the quality of work produced for our clients.
